Technical Support

We have Factory Certified Technicians who are trained in the installation of phone networks and business systems. We resell new and used business telephone systems from small to mid-size businesses. That includes the actual phone systems; TDM & IP-PBX, voicemail systems, additions such as message on hold, battery back-up, headsets, etc.

Maintenance

Option 1:  Traditional Maintenance Contract:

There is a monthly fee and anytime there is an equipment failure we will come out and replace the equipment and all labor and materials are included in your fee.  There is no commitment required for this plan; it is on a month to month agreement.

Option 2:  Enhanced Maintenance Contract:

Regular maintenance plus all Moves, Adds and Changes are covered as well in a single monthly fee.  There is no commitment required for this plan; it is on a month to month agreement.**

This is particularly beneficial if you find yourself paying for multiple service calls.  Customers currently pay $145 for us to come out for a service call ($105/hr. plus a trip charge)  Many of our customers have requested a plan that they can budget for these events and this is our answer. 

Option 3:  Time and Materials: 

Simply call us when you need us to come out and we will charge you for time and materials.  This is the plan you are on by default.  Our hourly rates are $105/hour with a $50 trip charge.  There is a two (2) hour minimum and after the first hour we bill in 15 minute increments.
